The NEO Endurance Series is one of the top endurance racing leagues across the whole of simracing.

With the league going into it’s fifth year, co-founder of the league, Niel Hekkens wanted to improve the logo after making many improvements to the league as a whole across its five year existence.

He said, “Because the series is going into its fifth season, I wanted to make something special.”

At first he tried logos that were completely different to the old ones, but he was never satisfied with any of them. Then he thought about a “ribbon like concept.”

“It turned out to be the one and I am proud with the result,” were his words in the official NEO release of the news. He went on to say, “The new logo is the same idea as the old one, but much more modern and smooth. It has a much better flow. When I look at the new logo, it feels new and familiar at the same time.”

They say that the orange on the logo combines the red’s power and the yellow’s friendliness and it resembles the feeling of joy, enthusiasm and the spirit of adventure.

Now we can only anticipate season five of the NEO Endurance Series even more! With both of the new LMP1 cars (Audi R18 and the Porsche 919) along with the Porsche 911 GTE, the championship is set to be a close and enthralling one once again with the infamous 24 Hours of Le Mans at the end of the season from 23-24 of March in 2019.

You can find more about NEO here, where you will also be able to find out how to register your team into season five at the beginning of August:
