Micheal Dinkel surprised most of us taking a very close pole. The Apex Racing UK driver took the pole before championship leader Joshua K. Rogers. The top 10 in qualyfing was only split by less then 0.5 seconds. The biggest surprise in the top 10 is Frederik Rasmussen, who qualified his Honda mp4-30 on p8.

Dinkel had a perfect start from the line while Rogers was having some trouble. He already lost 2 spots in the first lap. Moritz Löhner also had a great start taking p2 in the beginning of the race. After a while the championship protagonists where all in the top5 of the race. Rogers, Job, Dinkel and Rasmussen. Rasmussen worked his way trough the field from P10 to P4.

Rogers managed to get to the end without any trouble taking his second victory of the season. The two Core Simsport drivers Job and Rasmussen had a great race, finishing 2 and 3 after starting in the back of the top 10. Dinkel who started on pole missed out the podium and finished 4th. Alex Simpson rounds out the top 5 in Monza.

The next Road pro series race will be at the legendary circuit of Spa-francorchamps.
