The Lionheart Racing Series landed its first apparel partner today. Series founder Jorge Anzaldo is excited to take on the 2019 Season with his very own set of  -273’s Buzzz gloves.

-273 burst onto the scene a decade ago as a hip apparel line with a blog featuring insight into the world of motorsports.

More recently, the Italian company unleashed its Buzzz brand karting gloves, which have quickly become the go-to gloves for the best karters in the world.

As it turns out, karting gloves make great sim racing gloves as well.

“We have long searched for an apparel partner with the right look and attitude for Lionheart,” Anzaldo said. “Take one look at -273, and you know we have the right partner.”

-273’s Buzzz gloves guided the masterful hands of Lorenzo Travisanutto as he captured the World Karting Championship in 2018, and now, they will adorn the hands of the best open-wheel sim racers in the world.

The industry-leading gloves are super lightweight and durable, made of breathable poly-spandex. The form-fitting gloves are available in sizes ranging from 3XS-XL.

-273 will present the Cleanest Driver award in both the Lionheart IndyCar Series presented by First Medical Equipment, as well as the Lionheart Retro Series in 2019. The winner of each award, given to the driver with the least amount of incident points over the course of a season, will receive a pair of gloves of their choice from -273.

In addition, winners of the championship in both series will also receive a pair of gloves.  Podium finishers in the Lionheart Indianapolis 500 will also receive a pair of gloves of their choice. Finally, -273 has also provided the promotional code LHRS to drivers and fans for a 25% discount on orders.
